Returns & Exchanges

We offer support-based returns on a case-by-case basis and always aim to be fair. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
For “change of mind” returns or ordering the wrong size, standard returns are typically not available for made-to-order items.

Standard exchanges are not guaranteed for made-to-order items.
If the fit isn’t right, contact us. We’ll review your situation and do our best to help, which may include a size remake, store credit, a discount on a future order, or another solution.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.

Returns are sent to our returns address. You’ll receive it after your request is approved. (Your policy currently says “[INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]”, so make sure this is added before publishing.)

Ordering

Please double-check your order before checkout. Once your order is confirmed and production/processing begins, we may not be able to cancel, change items, change sizes, or change the shipping address.

Yes, if tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive it once your order ships.

International orders may be charged customs duties, taxes, or fees by your country. These are not controlled by us and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delays can happen due to carriers or customs. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual amount of time, email us and we’ll look into it.

Products & Sizing

We do our best to display products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary due to screen settings and device type.

Use the size chart on the product page. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit. If you’re unsure, email us before ordering.

Some products may be custom or made to order. If an item is personalized or specially produced, that affects returns and exchanges (see Returns section below).

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we’ve received and inspected your return.

Banks and card providers can take extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email help@theweatheredsailor.com.

Yes. If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is:
