Weathered Sailor Return & Exchange Policy
At Weathered Sailor, every piece is made to order. That means we don’t keep stacks of product in a warehouse — each garment is created just for you when you place your order. Because of this, we can’t accept standard returns or exchanges like big-box retailers.
That said, our goal is simple: we want you to love what you receive.
Our Policy

No standard returns or exchanges. Since items are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

Quality Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Fit & Satisfaction Support. If your order doesn’t fit quite right, reach out to us. While we can’t promise an automatic exchange, we’ll do our best to make it right — whether that’s a size remake, a discount on a future order, or another solution.
